Do you sell generic drugs?
Yes, we sell both generic and branded medicines.
How can I place an order?
It only takes a few minutes to place an order online. For details, visit our How to Order page.
Do I need a prescription?
Some drugs presented on our website require a prescription (Rx). We also offer many OTC items.
How much is shipping?
The shipping fee depends on the shipping option you choose. To find out the cost of delivery service, add the necessary medicines to the virtual shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship orders worldwide. However, there are some exceptions.
Do you send orders confidentially?
Yes. Accelis Pharma sends orders discreetly. There are no inscriptions on the outside of the package. Nobody will learn what you have ordered.
What if the package is lost, damaged or some products are missing?
This occurs very rarely. If this still happens, please contact us right away. We will either reship the medicines free of charge or give you a refund.
What are the shipping options?
You can choose between 2 shipping options: trackable EMS (5-9 days) and Regular Airmail (14-21 days). The packages sent by Regular Airmail are not trackable.
What payment options do you accept?
You can pay via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB, and e-Checks.
